You have somehow wandered into the dirty underworks of Cheapside. The air is foul with the taint of mildew, booze, and possibly something rotting -- these slums are revolting and the people that stroll along the uneven cobblestone paths are no different. You manage to make your way through a small crowd of beggars and homeless unscathed and approach a shoddy, unimpressive building that slopes downwards. Inside, there is a desk near the entrance and beyond are the Pits, a nasty underground sort of entertainment including fights between malnourished and mistreated creatures. The man sitting behind the desk gives you a look over and sneers.
"Well, look at you. I think you'd be a great Patron of the Pits. Mere betting is beyond you... why don't you have a look at the cages and pick out a hound you like?"
You may buy up to 5 hounds per round for 25 Azruli each. The more hounds that are entered per round, the higher the grand prize will be. Winning dog takes all. Each round takes about 3 days and along with the Azruli reward, the winner also receives a complimentary prize.
